At Huedrift, we are more than just an equipment provider — we are your technical backbone on your entrepreneurial journey. This Care Plan outlines everything you need to keep your printer in peak performance and your warranty fully protected.
Mainboard Warranty
- Single-Head Models: The mainboard is covered for one free replacement within 6 months of the shipping date for non-human hardware failures.
- Dual-Head Models: Due to the high precision required for dual-head operations, the mainboard requires careful user maintenance. Should repair or replacement be needed, parts will be provided at cost price.
Printheads and Core Components — 6 Months
Exclusive Benefit: Upon warranty registration, the following printhead models are covered for one free replacement within 6 months of the shipping date: L1800, R1390, L800, L805, TX800, XP600.
- The printhead is a precision ink channel. Components other than the models listed above are considered high-frequency consumables due to direct ink contact and are not covered under free replacement.
- Warranty for ink-contact components is valid only when using Huedrift Official Inks. Blockages or damage caused by third-party inks are not covered.
All Other Parts and Accessories — 12 Months
- All other non-consumable parts are covered by a 12-month quality warranty from the date of shipping.
- Free technical diagnosis is provided during the warranty period. If a defect or quality issue is confirmed, replacement parts will be provided.
- Accessories that are consumables naturally wear out over time. Regular replacement is recommended to maintain optimal performance.
Shipping Coverage for Replacements
- Within the first month of arrival: If a hardware failure occurs, Huedrift covers both the part cost and the shipping fee.
- Month 2 through end of warranty: Parts are provided free of charge. The customer is responsible for shipping costs only.
Disclaimer and Exclusions
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by user negligence, misuse, aging, or unauthorized modifications.
- Any self-repair or disassembly without consulting Huedrift's technical team may void the warranty.
- Warranty applies only when damage is confirmed by our expert team as not induced by user error.
- Warranty coverage begins from the shipping date.
- For products beyond the warranty period, Remote Expert Service is available for customers who have purchased at least $150 of official consumables within the last 6 months.
Expert Maintenance Tips
Following these best practices protects your warranty rights and ensures long-term print quality.
- Use Official Ink Only: Always use Huedrift Official Ink. Different brands have unique chemical compositions — mixing them can cause clogs in the printhead and will void your warranty.
- Daily White Ink Routine: White ink settles easily. Gently shake the ink bottles before your first print of the day or use the built-in circulation function. Print a daily test page to keep nozzles hydrated and ready.
- Ideal Workspace Temperature: Keep your room between 20°C – 28°C (68°F – 82°F) — the optimal comfort zone for ink performance.
- Ideal Humidity: Maintain levels between 40% – 65% to eliminate static interference and ink overspray.
- Cleaning Materials: Never use paper towels or standard cotton swabs. Use only specialized lint-free wipes when cleaning the printhead.
After-Sales Process
- Record an Unboxing Video: Please record a full unboxing video when you receive your machine. This is your vital evidence for insurance claims in the event of shipping damage.
- Contact Our Technical Team First: Before attempting any repair, contact our Technical Expert Team. Unauthorized disassembly or modification may void your warranty.

Your RIP Software Dongle is the unique key to your software. It cannot be replaced if lost. Please treat this digital key with the same care as a credit card.
