Return & Refund Policy

At Huedrift, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind or make a mistaken purchase. We strive to provide an easy, transparent return process and solutions that work for both you and us.

Return Window

  • You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date for items purchased directly from the official Huedrift website (https://huedrift.com).

Return Requirements

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
  • Returns missing parts, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, or original packaging may not receive a full refund.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, opened, or unwrapped (including removal of foam, tape, or cords).
  • Any shipments received with visible damage or missing items must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Return Shipping Fee

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at service@huedrift.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the package, and details about the reason for the return.
  3. If the return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the product.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used products (including inked printers)
  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling
  • Orders older than 7 days from delivery
  • Personalized or custom-made products (if applicable)

Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 48 hours and returned via the original payment method. Estimated timeframe:
    • PayPal: 5 business days
    • Credit/Debit Card: 3–20 business days

Late or Missing Refund

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will check the status and assist you.

Multiple Packages

  • Your order may arrive in multiple packages. If items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving all packages with photos or videos. Claims made after 7 days may not be processed.
