Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
- Consumables (ink, film, powder) may be dispatched separately and could arrive at a different time than your printer.

- Printers require a signature upon delivery.
- Consumables (ink, powder, film) may ship separately and could arrive at a different time than your printer.
Tracking: Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Packaging
- Printers are fully assembled — printheads and ink systems are expertly installed before shipping.
- Each printer is secured in a wooden crate with high-density foam protection to prevent any damage in transit.
- Consumables (ink, powder, film) are shipped separately in reinforced carton boxes.
- All packages are labeled with order and tracking information for easy identification.
Taxes and Duties
- Local warehouse shipments: Taxes are pre-paid. No additional charges upon delivery.
- Factory direct shipments: Taxes may apply depending on your country. Please contact us for guidance if needed.
