1. Print Head – 6 Months
- Huedrift printers’ print heads are covered by a 6-month warranty, with one-time free replacement guaranteed.
- Applicable Models: R1390 series, L1800 series (C13/E13/C13A/E13A/L8/L13/U13/U13D/VF13 or equivalent).
2. Other Accessories – 6 Months
- Free technical diagnosis is provided during the warranty period. If a defect or quality issue is confirmed, we will offer replacement parts.
- Please note that printer accessories are consumables and naturally wear out over time. Regular replacement is recommended to maintain optimal performance.
Disclaimer
- Ink Requirement: Warranty for ink-contact components is valid only when using Huedrift official inks. Blockages or damage caused by third-party inks are not covered.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by user negligence, misuse, aging, or unauthorized modifications. Any damage resulting from actions not guided or supervised by our technical staff will not be covered.
- Expert Confirmation: Warranty applies only when damage is confirmed by our expert team as not induced by user error.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for replacement parts.
Additional Notices
- Warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase.
- Any self-repair or handling of issues without consulting Huedrift’s technical team may void the warranty.
- For products beyond the warranty period, we offer Remote Expert Service for customers who have purchased at least $150 of official consumables within the last 6 months. Paid technical support is available for other cases. Please contact our customer service for details.
