Control Board (also called Circuit Board or Shielding Board) serves as the printer’s control panel. In charge of receiving and processing print commands, coordinating the work of hardware components such as the power, paper feed, ink, and cancel, ensuring the smooth progression of the printing process.
Features:
- The control board is mainly responsible for the precise control of the printer’s mechanical movement, usually working in conjunction with the motherboard.
- Control stepper motors or servo motors (such as film feeding, film collection mechanism of the movement, printing ink car moving position signals).
- Handle sensor signals such as grating decoder, code disk decoder, printhead height detection.
