Huedrift Return and Refund Guide: Shopping with Peace of Mind
Dear Huedrift Creator,
We know that every printer represents a dream for your business. While we pour our hearts into ensuring every product is perfect, we completely understand that sometimes plans change, or a product might not be exactly what you needed.
To protect your rights and ensure every customer receives a pristine, high-quality machine, we have designed this thoughtful return policy for all users.
Your 7-Day "Peace of Mind" Window
From the moment you sign for your package, you have 7 days to decide if Huedrift is the right partner for your journey. We offer returns as long as the printer is brand new, uninked, and kept in original complete packaging.
The "No-Ink" Promise: Due to the precision of the ink system, once ink is added, the machine cannot be restored to a "new" state for resale. Therefore, we cannot accept returns once the printer has been inked. Our comprehensive warranty will fully support you after setup.
Return Requirements
Core Eligibility Requirements — all of the following must be met:
- Full Refund Eligibility: Full refunds apply to brand-new, unopened and unused products with all original accessories, foam inserts, tape, cord wrapping and manuals fully intact.
- Unopened and unused: The product must be in brand-new condition — unopened and unsealed. Nothing may be removed or unwrapped.
- No ink added: For printers, absolutely no ink may have been loaded. Once ink has been added, the return will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Original packaging intact: The printer must be returned in its original wooden crate or carton box with all foam protection. Missing or damaged original packaging may affect refund eligibility or incur additional fees.
- All accessories included: All original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and consumables must be included and unopened.
- Fast feedback for issues: If your order arrived with visible damage or missing items, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

All returns must be shipped to our US warehouse. Do not return items to our overseas factory address.

Return Shipping Fee
- Returns for personal reasons (change of heart, accidental order, incorrect configuration): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the product arrived defective, damaged, or was shipped incorrectly, Huedrift will fully cover return shipping costs.
- Ensure the product is securely packaged — use original foam and wooden box protection where possible.
How to Initiate a Return — 4 Simple Steps
Non-Returnable Items
- Used printers and any machines that have been inked or refilled
- Items damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or unauthorized modification
- Return requests submitted outside the 7-day return window
- Opened or partially used consumables (ink, film, powder)
- Personalized or custom-configured products
Refund Processing and Timeframe
Once the returned item is received and inspected at our US warehouse, refunds will be processed within 48 hours via the original payment method.

💡 Multiple Packages Notice
Your order may arrive in multiple separate packages. If any items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your final package and provide photos or videos as evidence. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be processed.
Customs Duties Notice
We make every effort to minimize customs duties on all shipments. However, in some countries, import duties are required by local customs authorities and must be paid by the recipient before delivery.
Recipient Cooperation Required: If your shipment is held by customs and duties are required, we will contact you promptly. The recipient must cooperate by submitting required documents and/or paying applicable duties. Once paid, we will reimburse the duty amount based on the official customs invoice.
Non-Cooperation Policy: If the recipient fails to submit required customs documents or pay applicable duties, and the package is destroyed, confiscated, or returned by customs as a result, Huedrift will consider the package as successfully delivered and no refund will be issued.
