Hot melt glue powder is specifically developed for textile bonding, heat transfer, and DTF printing. Our premium TPU hot-melt adhesive powder offers excellent adhesion, flexibility, and stability across a wide range of textiles and substrates.

Made from high-purity TPU, it delivers maximum elongation, softness, and washing resistance — ideal for sportswear, fashion apparel, and promotional garments. Whether you’re producing custom hoodies, t-shirts, or specialty wearables, this powder gives you smooth transfers with bold, clear, long-lasting prints.

Purpose-built for DTF transfer printing, it cures quickly once heated to form a stable bond that resists cracking and yellowing over time. It performs reliably whether you’re running small-batch DIY jobs or high-volume production, delivering consistent results print after print.

Available in 0.5KG, 1KG, and 2KG

Choose the size that fits your workflow: 0.5KG is ideal for testing, small batches, or occasional home use; 1KG suits regular small-business production; and 2KG offers the best value for high-volume or commercial print shops. Each size is sealed to limit exposure to moisture and air, helping preserve freshness, stable melting performance, and repeatable transfer quality print after print.

Pure TPU210 hot-melt adhesive powder — the layer that actually bonds your printed design to fabric. Fast-curing, minimal oil return, and easy to shake off when over-applied, this white powder is formulated for consistent results across HueDrift printers and most standard DTF setups.

Built for Speed and Clean Handling

This powder is formulated to cure quickly without oil return — the greasy residue that shows up when ink hasn't fully dried before curing on lower-quality powders. Excess powder shakes off cleanly rather than clumping, so less product is wasted per print, and the cured film separates easily from the garment during peeling, which keeps your production moving without extra handling time.

Fast Cure, No Oil Return

Cures cleanly without the greasy residue that slows down lower-quality powders.

Wide Material Compatibility

Works across cotton, canvas, polyester, and most standard DTF-compatible fabrics.

💧

Wash-Fast Durability

Holds color and adhesion through repeated washing without cracking or peeling.

Wash Fastness Rating

Rated on a standard 1–5 grey scale (5 = no visible change, 1 = significant fading or damage) — a common textile industry benchmark for judging how well a print holds up under repeated washing and dry cleaning.

Test ConditionRating
40°C water wash4 / 5
60°C water wash3 / 5
Dry cleaning4 / 5
💡

Why the 60°C rating is lower: Hot water washes are harder on any hot-melt adhesive bond, DTF included. For maximum print longevity, we recommend washing finished garments in cold or warm water rather than hot, regardless of which powder brand is used.

How Much Powder Do You Need?

Actual coverage depends on design size and density, but here's a rough starting point for planning your order:

0.5KG
Good for testing, small batches, or occasional home use
1KG
Suited to regular small-business production volume
2KG
Best value for high-volume or commercial print shops

Common Questions

Will this powder work with my HueDrift printer?

Yes. This powder is compatible with all HueDrift DTF printers — One, Pro, and Pro Max — as well as most standard DTF printer models on the market.

How should I store this powder?

Keep it sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Moisture exposure can cause clumping and affect how evenly the powder melts during curing.

Why is my package a different color or shape than expected?

We recently updated our powder packaging. Orders may ship in either the old or new packaging at random — the powder formulation inside is unchanged.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us with photos of any damage or moisture-related issues on arrival, and we'll arrange a replacement or compensation.
