Sock Printer Sample

A sock printer is a digital printing machine specially designed for socks.

Its core technology is 360° spiral printing, which enables continuous rotary inkjet printing along the sock tube to achieve full-coverage printing without dead ends, and requires no pre-treatment on socks.

The printing principle is based on the DTF (Direct-to-Film) process using high-temperature disperse ink (CMYK). Printed patterns are cured in a matching oven at 180°C for about 2 minutes, resulting in products with high color fastness, stretch resistance and washing resistance.

It is mainly suitable for elastic fabrics such as polyester socks, ice sleeves and wristbands. It supports a minimum order of 1 pair, with an output of about 30 pairs per hour. It features a desktop size and can be operated via a mobile app, making it very easy to use.
